Please allow 3 business days for processing all orders. Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order has shipped, USPS is solely responsible for delivery. Scarlet and Grey Shop has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future shipments. It is the customers responsibility to file any claims with USPS for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address.
Scarlet and Grey Shop cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages left at your address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund Policy- 21 days to refund or exchange merchandise in its original condition. *Original condition- determined by the sole discretion of the bookstore manager. A receipt is required for all exchanges or refunds.
